You’ll learn to anticipate the signs of impending change, understand what triggers it, respond effectively to competing demands, and handle resistance with confidence.

Explore change models, from planned to emergent approaches 

Determining how to implement change depends on a variety of factors. On this course, you’ll study approaches covering numerous situations. 

You’ll explore some of these change models, from structured undertakings to fluid strategies, assessing their key features and analysing their effectiveness in different environments.

You’ll be tasked to reflect on your own professional experiences to develop a change strategy of your own, preparing you for successfully leading and managing change in real-world scenarios.

What will you receive?

Once you’ve completed this microcredential, you’ll receive 15 master’s-level credits which can be applied towards the University of Aberdeen’s Online MBA Global.

How long is this microcredential?

This part-time microcredential is 12 weeks long, totalling approximately 150 hours of study and assessment time.

This course is fully flexible, meaning you can set your study hours each week and work through modules at your own pace, outside of the few activities with fixed times. It’s recommended you devote 10-15 hours per week to stay on track.
