This course will provide you with management training specifically geared towards effectively managing, enhancing, and measuring quality processes through a range of practical frameworks, strategies, tools, and techniques.

Develop project and supply chain management skills to build a competitive edge for your business

Project management has been proven to be the most effective method of delivering products within cost, schedule, and resource constraints. These days, business leaders are expected to know how to create a cost-effective and flexible supply chain in order to cultivate success.

On this course, you’ll learn techniques on leading and directing teams and projects to achieve high operational results while also implementing important quality tools to improve performance.

Define the essential elements of a successful strategy and apply them in practical action plans

Learn how to use key systems and techniques like Just-in-Time Inventory, Lean Systems, and Demand Forecasting to create and implement strategic plans.

You’ll also improve your ability to problem-solve and manage risk in a dynamic decision-making environment. This will then help you assess and re-engineer existing business processes, both within and outside the supply chain.
