BBC Good Food
About

Culinary expertise
We have a wealth of culinary experience within our team and we have been teaching people to cook for over 30 years. Our affiliated experts include nutritional therapists, dieticians and doctors, as well as specialist recipe developers, food stylists and content makers to create recipes, guides and videos covering a multitude of cooking disciplines and cuisines.
Our test kitchen is at the heart of our brand. We use it for research and development, testing and of course tasting, refining our recipes until they are just right. We also review everything from coffee and chocolate to cake tins, blenders and fridges, publishing buying guides and advice columns about those that pass our rigorous tests.
Tried and tested content
While best known for our rigorously-tested, trusted recipes, BBC Good Food is much more than a recipe resource. An essential part of the national conversation, we cut through media noise to offer clear, unbiased advice, particularly on family and health matters. BBC Good Food appeals to all generations, life stages and cooking-skill levels. We listen to and learn from our diverse community, producing platform-appropriate content wherever they choose to engage with us, from print to podcasts.
BBC Good Food puts the audience at the core of everything we do: connecting with and growing our wide community is key.
We are part of Immediate Media, a company created in November 2011.
