This is Milk is an award-winning business transformation consultancy based in Glasgow, Scotland created in response to the need for agile expert support and training, working collaboratively to navigate strategic operational change globally.

Beyond our core team, This is Milk have built a large global network of associates and collaborators that allow us to utilise global thought leaders and experts to tackle larger more complex problems. Our bespoke services and expertise help to predict, understand and implement the changes required to successfully compete in an ever-changing digital environment. Our expertise covers Strategy, Research, Business Transformation, Branding, Design, Testing, Analysis, and Delivery.

In 2018, we set up our specialised training arm, Training by This is Milk, launching with our BIMA award winning (for innovation) 12-month career development programme designed to provide the skills required to adapt to change, successfully facilitate digital projects and excel in your career. This first of its kind training arm, is community driven with strategic input coming direct from our industry advisory group, with training delivered by career practitioners (not trainers) and supported by a global network of mentors.

Training by This is Milk has a vision is to create a mass of skilled and enthusiastic ‘changemakers’ with the skills and confidence to drive digital transformation in businesses and beyond. In doing so we’ll create a hub of continuous learning to be taken worldwide.

Our training is conducted in person around the world, from the UK to Dubai and we also deliver the same training remotely via video conferencing software and online facilitation tools.
