I would prefer to make decisions by logic, therefore i wouldn't be so emotional at small things. With logic decisions we can achieve a lot of things but it seams like i struggle to switch my emotional behaviors to logic. I think i am suitable on innovative leadership, i love making changes, solving problems and making evaluations on what can be done better.
