Some people reported difficulty downloading the case study in week 1. It should be OK now so you can try again before moving on if you want.

That's a practical solution. It reminds us that there is often a cost to implementing controls - in this case the cost of the cabinet. What other options might there be and why would they be good or not?

We find that many organisations we work with only want to get certified if there is an external driver such a big customer asking them to do it. Others just use the standard as a best practice guide. My priority is to work out what sort of methods will work best (article, video, discussion, etc) to present the content of a course that is currently face-to-face with powerpoint and breakout group exercises. Its going to take a lot of redesign.

wow. this is getting a bit meta. I am in a course on how to prepare a course, that introduces me to a tool for designing learning activities and the video for the tool is about using the design tool to prepare a learnng activity for preparing a learning activity. I may explode.
