It can feel daunting now that a lot of these connections are online and virtual! But finding that common or shared purpose is a great start!

Thats great Catherine. Often we are "networking" without realising - simply by making connections in our day to day work.

and never underestimate the influence you have to make change in that space!

Absolutely - useful to apply to life outside of work as well. It takes a lot to get into the regular habit - but worth it!

Thanks for sharing Deborah - you absolutely have influence. You connect with people around you and show leadership in your own area and work every day. Try and think of every interaction as an ability to be able to demonstrate a shift in mindset - every bit counts!
