Case study of James helped me to know the problem with me and my thoughts.
I usually get stuck with my thoughts either they are good or bad and after reaching to present I have guilt why I was thinking that negative and in case of good thoughts, why I am not able to make that true and why I am not having that happiness in reality.

In my school there is no sex education. There are many misconceptions regarding sex and sexual health among almost all students.
There should be provision for proper sex education as it's absence can lead a student with wrong knowledge of sexual health, as in most cases given by friends, into depression and attain wrong addictive habits.

When I was too stressed due to overburden of syllabus my bio teacher taught me body scan exercise as part of meditation. Focusing on each part of body from bottom to top one by one.
