  • In my school there is no sex education. There are many misconceptions regarding sex and sexual health among almost all students.
    There should be provision for proper sex education as it's absence can lead a student with wrong knowledge of sexual health, as in most cases given by friends, into depression and attain wrong addictive habits.

    Body scan is really very effective to know about body and behaviour of oneself. It kept me away from negative thoughts and reactions.

    When I was too stressed due to overburden of syllabus my bio teacher taught me body scan exercise as part of meditation. Focusing on each part of body from bottom to top one by one.
