Yess I think that engaging with people is very important. Many people think that the businesses are souless and dont listen to people as if they are just a robot pumping out useless content. I would be very happy to get responses and feedback from businesses.

Posting regularly *does* help with many things. These can be helping maintain attention from your regular followers so they don't get bored and may stop caring about the account. Also to attract more people with the social media algorithm posting regularly can mean more success of more people seeing the content. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I would use a mix of more younger audience channels as I am experienced with them and more professional such as YouTube with longer content. Twitter is also really simple and effective to use.

I never really remember brands as I have tuned them out now...
But I have seen amazon and google putting adverts into youtube. I also use social media that has less adverts. -
