First of all, they're going to canceled the paintballing event. Then, Janet make Ben to find and book a place for the party. They also look after the acitivies and entertainment. After they confirm with it, they'll discuss with HR for refreshment.

In my country, most of the office work starts from 8 A.M and ends in 4 P.M. So, we've never to get in later 8 A.M. The lunch lasts about an hour. In some offices, they hold the meeting once a week, but in others hold once fortnight.

He is very happy to accept the job offer.
It's not possible to start the new job as he is on the temporary contract with another company and it ends in two weeks.
The normal notice period is a month into the Greg's present job.
