    Embracing 'chaos' in your Code Club

    After school is quite impossible in Odisha.
    We are taking 6 classes regularly. Hardly 30 minutes is there to take a lunch.
    If by chance 1 class left vacant then the office need our cooperation in official letter and other things.
    First of all a clear guideline is required to streamline the code club in school. Else may tough to achieve the goal.

    I run our code club on work experience period. Time is scarce. We have extreme busy schedule. I take 6 classes per day out of 7. I reached at school before 9.30 return to home after 4.30. If an extra arrangement could have made then the club might function smoothly. After all a teacher is a human being, though he or she may be facilitator but after school...

    We have 34 numbers of desktop PC. All are Wi-Fi connected. We don't have any problem linking to hardware. The thing is we have few computer literate teachers and other never even tries to learn the basics of computer. Motivating never worked out as they are the senior most and of course egoistic. Still I tries my level best to run the club with my students.

    Managing code club is a real time activity. It may have technical and thematic question. I prefer to schedule a question and answer session at last 15 minutes.

    First of all I will start with basic questions and answers ie 5 wh questions. Then put more emphasis on objective based outcome. Then I try to make the session interesting.

    I think I shall start with scratch. The systems are with us efficient with Intel i3 10th generation 8gb ram and 1tb hdd.
    The best part is these are running on windows 10.

    Obtaining permission is not a great task. The typical thing is that when the instructor or the leader has no command on the topic how could he or she able to measure the activity and ability of a learner!
    In this case I wish to posses sound knowledge in codeing at ab initio.
