Yes, I faced a lot of disagreement in my professional life. Every time I talked to each person involve about the matter and explain it and I found SWOT analysis of the matter is very very helpful to decide perfectly and solve it properly.

For the team building usually we do live outdoor event with the team members for half day engaging all with each other through the funny games, music, play etc. with meals (Lunch, or dinner). sometimes we do whole day or half day and sometimes we go for long distance outdoor picnic or barbecue party and engage each other to know more and sharing ideas,...

In Bangladesh we have same orientation of CV and some employer always prefer recent color passport size photograph.

Yes, this is same as in Bangladesh. but usually we some more background information like organization/company details, details job description, minimum education qualification, exact salary with numerical number and also contract type with duration if project based. also mention the job location..

I used to write everyday English as my professional communication. Normally we are some how fluent in professional communication in English to a certain level where we ignore the silly grammatical mistakes. But it is hard to ignore in Academic writing. As all of you, I also like to write and I think my writing not so bad as my speaking. Its a bit hard to start but when I get started It flows like water and feel so easy to write.
When you write you get enough time to think and organize them in your head then to transfer in sheet. So it feel bit easy than the other module... -

Firstly, Listen all content beside you whatever is it, even it is slang/odd or funny.
Secondly, When you read something, read it loudly so that you can listen your speech to guess how it works, record your speech if possible.
Thirdly, practice when listen to native speaker, pause it copy him/her repeatedly, listen music and sing along even in... -

Yes, Listening is the most important part and may be the first part of the language learning. When I listen the speech from a native speakers very fast its quite hard for me to understand but when slow i understand it easily. I am also the same as those who feels the problem of vocabulary. Oh, great. Speaking in English fluently really a great feelings for me. I feel more confident when i speak with some of my friends as the same level. But when I speak to a person more than my level or a native speakers then I feel guilty in minds for my vocabulary usage & pronunciation. Sometimes I can get the thought in my mind but i can't express it vocally....

The speaking is the hardiest module in my view point because you get too short period of time to think. It is hard for me to connect the sentence with the lexical resources & grammatical accuracy. so may be the best option is practicing more...

Exam stress is may be the universal things I think. I am also a great sufferer of the exam stress. It will be more sufferings when I face any viva or interview. I am trying to recover but I can't. May be it is the best option to relax...and think about the exam....is not a matter....The exam is a simple things...it did not kill me...at all.
