  • I’m a science teacher teaching maths this year and want to better understand it so can deliver it to the student

  • OneNote - we are starting to use this in school but getting it fully used in lessons sounds like a massive timesavers when eh students are trained. Also Zipgrade as starters for recall and interleaving sounds like a win as well especially with all the feedback

  • We give detailed written feedback ever 2 weeks to every class. Then expect them to respond during homework as we can't give the time in lessons as we assess them with tests so often we need to get through the content. There are very few students who respond and even fewer who respond effectively and take something from it. Where as giving them feedback in...

  • 1 - sometimes
2 - it does when I get to plan
3 - it takes away so much planning time

  • 1) yes (for the most part)
    2) For the most part although not without direct input usually
    3) not at all despite trying

  • I'm really positive about technology and can see loads of potential for it. I do see the downsides and the time commitment that needs to be done to train students appropriately in its use, but we have to train them to do things we want in lessons anyway, for me its all about building technology into the routines of the students. When they leave us it will be...

I liked showbie better as it sets it out in a "chat" style so it is clear to the students the progress they are...

  • I selected effective but not efficient.
I think using the 365 suit is really beneficial for the students as can give them much more detailed feedback much quicker and they can respond and show improvements, but training them up each time to use it and fighting sub par school networks makes it take a lot longer than it otherwise would.
