You must to give each part of your study the right. If you want to do more and you can't do, you can leave it when you can do. You must be honest in your course to read the book that the university provide to you for example.

Regarding for the first two questions, I think children deal with technology same as adults. Easy to use and when it's get you boring you do non-online activities. For the last question, ye it's different unless you will try to catch up new technology system by learning and communicate with the native digital.

If we define it in the respect of child learn by technology, you can't say he will learn or improve his social skills by the technology. So, I think it depend how the child use it. -

I think its a problem of balancing in the child time. How about if he will see us. The problem with parent who use technology in their daily life. The child want to follow.
