  • Hi, thank you for sharing that Cassie. There is a lot of information here so it can be easy to become overwhelmed. Try breaking it down, and do a section a day or less, whatever seems reasonable and manageable for you.
    It's great that you took some time out and had a break - that is often what I do, and I find it helps!

    In regards to patronising others, I have found that actively listening, supporting others and lightly introducing them to this framework has been the best approach. That way there is no risk of 'patronising' - you are instead actively helping :) and 'suggesting' something...

    I guess the distinction between the two is that a depressed mood in on average much lower, despite fluctuations.
