Jose Paixao Santos da Silva made a comment
At my job, I always check my mailbox once a day in the morning and update all my correspondence. If any of my co-workers have an urgent matter that can't wait that long, they'll call me, because when I need immediate answers I call them, as this is the best way to get them.

I see Facebook as an informal platform and I ever greet the people there informally. In business communications, I avoid treating informally anyone I'm changing emails, including my friends.

Throughout my professional and personal life, I made mistakes many times, but in all of them, I always learned something.

Jose Paixao Santos da Silva made a comment
I usually have good self-control. I ever think twice before answer a rough comment. I never speak loud but sometimes my answers sound ironic. I know this is not polite and could be bad for the relationships, mainly in the work environment, and I need to be careful and avoid such behavior.
-
Jose Paixao Santos da Silva made a comment
I prefer to talk to people directly, face to face. I think this is the best way to get faster results. Of course, this doesn't imply don't emailing but just only if this is really needed.
-
