  • Dear, I have also come across this argument as a teacher, and I guess we will have to ask them even though I believe it is a strategy to get away from an awkward situation where they believe they will fail.

  • Teaching has become more demanding. When teaching, these days my focus is on students' well being, just as much as on subject matters. I think good communication both online and face-to-face is crucial for success.

  • Hei Liv. I hope you will enjoy the course!

  • Hi, when I was exposed to clean language, I thought that it would be a bit stiff and instrumental, but when coached, I dod not even notice it. I was too heavily into my own thoughts.

  • I would like to make better use of the support I get in my classes

Hi, sorry Anne, but only a few master courses and of course language studies are available in English. French is rarely used, sadly.

  • I was just playing with this - It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning." - Sir Winston Churchill, when I had come to the end of the course and was looking ahead.

  • I was coached during a training session about how to get to work, by train, car or on foot. I have been walking ever since. I am amazed about how the constructive thought pops up every time I am about to give in to the car :)

  • I recommend it. Be careful to find a serious course. I am working on another course on neuroscience and coaching in combination, but it will take some time before it is out.

  • I am so pleased to read your comments. As a teacher, who stumbled upon coaching after years of working with assessment, I can identify with your feedback. I definitely think that I have become a better teacher and colleague mastering these skills. It took some practice though, but it was well worth the effort. I wish you all a good learning journey.

  • I am curious about this course.

  • Thank you very much for all the constructive comments so far. What I am particularly happy about is the level of reflection that you display. As some of you mentioned, coaching bears many similarities with techniques used in may occupations. They draw on similar research.

  • In week 4 you will hear from Moïra again :)

  • Hi Natasha. You observed correctly. The point in coaching is to help the participant towards the goal.

  • OK
