Hi Mustapha, I'm afraid it's very difficult to do the course if you are having computer issues. The only thing I can suggest is that you download the video content and also the transcripts attached at the bottom of each step. That way you could work offline and possibly even print out the documents. Best wishes Dominic

@SagirHussainKhan I've checked with FL and it seems your friend joined run 1 in November 2020, they didn't upgrade and their free access expired in January. She should just be able to re-join run 2 though. Best, Dominic

Hi Sumodan, I've checked and the video appears to be working ok. If you're struggling there are a couple of things you can try. Firstly reduce the quality to 360p (the little HD button on the bottom of the video). If that doesn't help you can try downloading it and watching it offline so it doesn't use up your bandwidth. Hope that helps.

Hi Bob, I'm not sure what you mean here? The video appears to be working fine, so it could possible be a bandwidth issues? If you are struggling I would suggest selecting 'Standard' option and downloading so that you can watch offline.

@StephenEyongNjangAyongi Hi Stephen, the 'SD' (standard definition) option in our video player is actually 640 x 360, so lower than 480p. When the HD option is enabled, it's 1280 x 720, which is obviously going to take a lot more bandwidth to stream over 3G.
I would recommend that you download the SD version on each video step, to watch offline rather...

@LindaWalker Hi Linda, it is possible to slow the video speed down. If you click on the speed option on the video itself (0.5 etc) you can reduce it here. I know this is not ideal, as it can affect audio quality, but it should still be audible and might help to make the content easier to follow.

Hi Sue, you can slow the audio down if you click on the speed option on the video. It will sound a bit odd, but a 0.5 speed could help you in tricky sections.
