  • Yes, you can share the notes because it is from my phd writing. The pen is all named as qalam, even though its is different in tecniques and shapes.

  • Yes you can use the standard ink and paper, the description is just to inform what are the previous practices.

  • Yes there should be a split in the nib, but it depends on the width of pen and also the type. The one we have in Malaysia is the pen made of resam plant, which is softer, and if we make a split, the nib will be chipped and the writing is not beautiful.
