    I sat and listened to the story of torture while the scars and horror were told . I cried I could almost feel the pain and wondered how anyone can endure this amount of pain and still live . No one helped me with the affect it has had on me dispite being part of a huge organisation.
    Then I think how lucky I am to have only heard the story’s.

    Well the conversation is not flowing , almost like strangers.
    I think Dad should have asked Jack to come off his game first so they could talk.
    Jack is probably thinking go away leave me alone and Fads feeling helpless .

    Hello I am interested to find out how to distinguish the difference of extreme sadness or feeling low and depression
