  • Hello! I'm Shaira from the Philippines, currently a Project Staff at our provincial government and an honorary reporter for Korean Culture and Information Services of the Republic of Korea.
I joined this course to improve my knowledge about Sustainable Development which I can use/ apply at my work

  • This is very helpful

  • love this week's lesson

  • I love this topic. I'm an online volunteer of United Nations so it'll really help me.

  • I like it how it was discussed. I'm learning a lot!

  • I did a project in my community in which I donated school supplies and books to a school. I only had limited financial resources but I got to help many students.

  • It is very important to provide education to underprivileged children in developing countries. However, in order to do it effectively, it should be planned and implemented in a good way that there will be no or only minimal problems once it's implemented.

  • The sustainability of the project to be implemented and also the funds needed

  • I think it is on how a person wants to help other people to live a better life while letting themselves grow too

  • Jouse3

The Jouse3 is a sip-and-puff system that allows children to control a device using any part of the mouth, cheek, chin or tongue. Due to its accuracy and quick response, home users can use it for drawing or computer games. It can mount to the desktop, a bedframe or any other type of structure; it does not require a headpiece or placement on the body...

  • This can help but not a solution that is sustainable... People cannot be forever loaning to this bank just to ease their loads...

  • I work as a volunteer for an NGO and I saw the things that the NGO lacks of to implement good projects /solutions

  • These social problems are connected.. From small problem and it will grow to a bigger one because of the lack of effective solution

  • Thank you for this!

  • 안녕하세요, Shaira입니다~~I'm from the Philippines... I want to attend this course because I am impressed on how innovative South Korea is. I expect to learn a lot here.
The main social problem in my country is poverty,as there are many who are in the marginalized sector.

  • I learned a lot! Thank youuuu so much! Looking forward for the next course!

  • Daegu!!! I really love it there!

  • here in Philippines, there's a lot of mountains too as well as beaches. I went to Namsan and did hiking alone. There I met a Korean guy who was also hiking alone and we became friends~~

  • I've been in almost all districts in Seoul. But my favorite is in Dongdaemun because I do shopping there and it is not that populous comparing to Myeongdong

  • Tried to go to a Sauna in Gangnam last summer, and i really loved it there!

  • There so many beaches in the Philippines, and that's the best place to go on a weekend trip~ Many Koreans are also coming here especially in Cebu and Boracay

  • Really love how they let foreigners learn too in the videos

  • We use excuse me or just raise out hand

  • I have a big can of kimchi at house, and I have tried kamjatang at a resto in Gwanaksan! I also visit a Samgyupsal resto every month

  • Though I already have some knowledge about 한글, I am really thankful to this course that I'm able to learn more

  • 안녕하세요~~ I am Shaira from Philippines. I am into Korean culture since I was 13, but I did not had the chance to learn Korean language properly. I already know the characters and I am hoping that through this class, I can finally be able to read, write and converse in korean language
