Business Futures: Final Assessment

Assessment Duration
Typically an assessment of this length/size will take approximately 10-15 hours to complete. We recommend that you complete your assessment within three months of completing the three Business Futures courses.

Commencing Monday 24 April 2017, up to Monday 24 July 2017.
How is it delivered?
An assignment brief will be shared with you electronically upon registration for the assessment. You will be invited to submit your completed assignment electronically.

What will the final assessment course involve?
The final assessment course tests the knowledge and skills you have gained in the three Business Futures courses on FutureLearn. Once registered for the Business Futures Assessment course, you will be provided with the specific assessment details, instructions about how to submit your assessment, and information about eligible courses at RMIT.
There will be one assignment, consisting of nine written tasks, which will require you to summarise your understanding of the three Business Futures courses and their impact on current business organisations. The required number of words is 3,000 words.
How will I know if I have passed?
Within 8-10 weeks of submitting your assignment, it will be marked by an RMIT professor and you will be informed if you have passed or not, complete with constructive and developmental feedback on your submission. If you have not successfully passed first time, you will be offered one further opportunity to resubmit.
What does successful completion enable me to do from here?
This final assessment can lead to the award of the 12 credit point Sustainable International Business Futures course which is an elective towards in a number of Masters Degrees offered in business by RMIT University. Upon applying to and being offered a place at RMIT you’ll already be well on your way to finishing this postgraduate degree (usual university admissions processes apply).
