Develop an understanding of decision-making in a management context

This program aims to promote an understanding of decision-making in a management context. You will have the opportunity to examine the theoretical knowledge underpinning decision-making and develop skills for problem-solving and influencing others in the workplace.

The program will consider aspects of bias in decision-making from psychological and sociological perspectives. Using decision-making approaches, you will have the chance to interpret data, along with assessing the risk associated with each decision.

This program also seeks to assist with making effective, efficient and strategic decisions.
