Study the concepts of motivation and engagement and their impact on workplace performance

This program aims to provide you with an understanding of the factors affecting employee engagement and motivation, by overviewing related theories and empirical research.

You will have the opportunity to strengthen your business report-writing skills through application of theory and practice, and explore ways for measuring employee engagement and motivation. You will have the chance to discover methods for keeping employees motivated and engaged, which are critical to an organisation’s success.

By the end of the program, you should be able to identify influencers including psychological contracts (unwritten expectations), organisational justice and employment relations. You will also be able to recognise issues of positive and negative responses to work concerning groups and teams.
