This program explores the concept of resourcing and talent management with a specific focus on the processes of human resource planning and human resource development. This includes job analysis and design as precursor activities to determining the nature of vacancies, the selection and recruitment of employees and the induction processes of employee orientation and socialisation. You’ll continues through the lifecycle of an employee as you investigate retention, labour mobility, retirement and the HR practices associated with turnover, dismissal and redundancy.
