During this program, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the core principles and strategies of undertaking a literature review and the ways in which reviews can vary.

Upon successful completion of this program, you should be able to appreciate the contexts in which literature reviews are conducted, produced and used.

Learning outcomes

Upon successful completion of this program you should be able to:

  • Critically develop an in-depth understanding and conduct an evaluation of literature review methodologies

  • Identify a research topic area through critical analysis of the knowledge base, including statistical methods, in order to conduct a business and psychology-focused literature review

  • Develop, design and critically write a literature review proposal

  • Synthesize the literature to develop an in-depth analysis and critique of published research studies
