Thrive at Home

Better understand work-life balance, mental health and motivation so that you can thrive at home during the coronavirus outbreak.

  • Overview 3 courses
  • Duration 6 weeks

Find practical ways of coping whilst at home during the COVID-19 pandemic

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve collated three courses to help you make the most of your time at home during this challenging time.

Through these courses, you’ll learn how to maintain a work-life balance whilst working remotely.

You’ll explore the concept of motivation and employee engagement and learn why it’s more important than ever to sustain motivation in times of uncertainty and struggle.

You’ll also explore how to manage your mental health and stress in challenging times and why it’s vital to do so.

In addition to these courses, we’ve also curated a range of useful resources in our Thrive at Home Toolkit.
