I’m Dr. Andrea North-Samardzic, course director of the Master Professional Practise and Leadership at Deakin University. Even if you are not trying to land on the moon or win the World Cup doesn’t mean that you don’t need to be a team player. When it comes to your own career and employability, it’s important to demonstrate that you can forge relationships with other people and work together in harmony, just like a musician in an orchestra. Organisations across the globe rely on teamwork to meet their strategic goals.
