Incorporate positive thinking into your leadership style.

Leadership is crucial in the financial world. It can help you navigate uncertain times and give you a competitive edge as the industry continues to evolve.

On this four-week course, you’ll gain the skills to become a successful leader as you discover the value of positivity and vulnerability.

Through real-life examples, you’ll gain an insight into yourself and others, and have a range of practical, proven tools at your fingertips to help you become the leader you want to be.

Develop a prioritisation framework

Knowing how to manage your time and energy is key in any leadership role.

To help you do this, you’ll learn how to design a prioritisation framework to identify your energy sources and drains, and to effectively plan your use of energy.

Next, you’ll explore a number of leadership thoughts such as cultural awareness, interviewing techniques, and barriers for women to help you become a well-rounded leader.

Create a leadership development plan

To ensure you gain practical skills, you’ll explore real-life case studies to see leadership in action.

With this knowledge, you’ll create a leadership development plan to help you implement your skills.

Discover authentic leadership

Finally, you’ll unpack how you can become an authentic leader. You’ll explore how you can lead through a crisis with positivity as you learn the skills to motivate teams.

By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge to deal with challenges and become a positive leader in the finance world.
