Testimonials

Meet the people who make FutureLearn great

Our people sit at the very heart of the business and are a huge part of what makes FutureLearn such an exciting place to work.

Questions & answers

At the moment we are working from home. The current plan when restrictions lift in the UK and it is safe to travel, is to move into a new office space located in Central London. We believe there is value in being able to bring teams together in a stimulating office environment, whilst enabling full flexible working for all of our staff to manage work-life balance.

Our interview processes are tailored for every role. Generally speaking, you will get a chance to speak with the line manager for the role, direct team mates and have a ‘Meet the Team’ session. Your recruiter will be able to give you more information about the formal process on your initial recruiter screen.

A majority of our roles are based in the UK, however we also have roles in Australia as part of our group company, FutureLearn Australia. There are opportunities to work for us anywhere in the world, but this does depend on the role you have applied for and whether it can be performed completely remote.

We don’t have a graduate scheme at the moment, but we hire apprentices and encourage school leavers with internship experience to apply for entry level roles.

Unfortunately no, we do not offer sponsorship.

Don’t just take our word for it.
