1. Antoine Casanova-Mazet

Antoine Casanova-Mazet is a Lecturer at Hotel Institute Montreux and a digital entrepreneur. He studied both Science and Communication in Switzerland. This double background and his passion for innovation are the roots of his career in communication and then digital transformation.

Since 2010, Mr. Casanova-Mazet helps his agency’s clients adopt digital change through a 360° approach. He joined the Swiss Education Group in October 2019 and is teaching hospitality students about the management of technology and digital innovation.

2. Hawa Mahmoudi

Career Coach & Alumni Coordinator / Career Match-Maker / Tech-Savy

Hawa is an experienced Career coach assisting the Bachelor students, from the Hotel Institute Montreux, by guiding them to make decisions that will shape their future careers.

Hawa travelled, studied and worked in USA, U.K., Thailand, Syria, Belgium and France. Hawa’s driving forces focuses specifically on discovering, learning and exploring new trends and innovations in the job market.

3. Peter Slade

Lecturer at Hotel Institute Montreux | Food & Beverage Consultant

Passionate about educating future leaders within the hospitality industry. He specialises in F&B and Events Management, Sales and Marketing, Leadership, and Hospitality.

Peter Slade has worked as an international consultant, delivering high-quality executive training, elaborating rigorous and effective assessment audits, developing innovative and trendsetting menu designs, and bespoke business development programs to the world’s leading 5* international hotels and resorts groups. He holds a Master of Arts in Education.

4. Ben Smith

Lecturer | Events Coordinator at Hotel Institute Montreux

As an experienced lecturer at the Swiss Education Group with over eight years of teaching experience in the UK and across Europe, Mr. Smith engages students through interactive classes. He has a passion for developing learners’ capabilities and confidence in the world of hospitality.

Mr. Smith is also a Social Media Representative for Hotel Institute Montreux. In this role, Mr. Smith utilises his knowledge of Social Media marketing to have the school’s social media platforms updated with compelling content that is relevant and consistent with the HIM brand.
