Caroline comes from a mixed nationality background (mainly European), and grew up in Canada as well as England. Her career in finance started later than most, having been a musician and educator first, and those skills helped her on her journey to become Chief Executive. Holding a number of posts internationally in finance with blue chip companies, Caroline then moved into the not-for-profit space. Along the way she was trained as a coach, and she explains in this video her motivations and what helped her to become the leader she is today.
