Study top teams and how to create them
During this short course, you will have the chance to explore the strengths and limitations of distributed leadership, and the leadership of teams. You will have the opportunity to consider the ways in which educational leaders can harness the power of group cohesiveness, as well as individual contributions, to the work of their schools.
The features of successful teams and dysfunctional teams, as well as the merits of ad hoc teams in school improvement processes, will also be explored. Throughout the course, you will have the opportunity to apply your learning to a number of case studies.
