How great is the power and importance of culture?

During this short course you will have the opportunity to investigate the power an organisation’s culture has in influencing leadership.

To develop an understanding of the power culture can have, you will first explore its origins, then go on to consider how school cultures are formed and how you, as a leader, can influence it.
