Find out why lesson observation should be used for development, not inspection

During this short course, you will have the opportunity to investigate the features of an effective appraisal process, as well as to explore constructing a model of best practice in lesson observation.

You will have the chance to consider what makes effective performance management feedback and appraisal, with a focus on developing teaching pedagogy. This learning of performance management will be incorporated within realistic case studies.
