No project is free from risks: risk management is therefore a substantive area of management in its own right. This course appreciates the importance of risk management and its contribution to the inevitability of changes. Students will critically analyse projects and evaluate the associated risks, and engage with tools and techniques used to manage risk and changes to successfully deliver the project on target.
