A project has a beginning and an end. During this time span, large volumes of information will be generated, compiled, updated, and shared across the teams and some of this will be handed over together with the end product to the client. This course explores the project manager’s role in ensuring that the information required is made available to whom, where and when required, so that the project progresses efficiently to its successful completion.
