Explore the functions of managers and how they respond to environments.

Management is infinitely variable: managers do not carry out the same activities at the same time in the same manner for all organisations and situations.

This course explores the functions and roles of managers, including the activities that they undertake in different positions and situations. You will discover what constitutes organisations, their systems and the environment they operate in, and how managers respond to the environment.
