The success of all organisations is a combination of good management by the manager, together with a good organisation within which this can take place.

This course looks at the design and structure that organisations can adopt, together with the reasons why they have been so designed. You will evaluate how the culture of various organisations influence their performance so you can develop the skills and abilities necessary to undertake management functions effectively.
