This course gives you the opportunity to learn the different principles and processes of strategic management, and how to gain the commitment of the people you work with in implementing changes. You will be able to synthesise a range of ethical approaches to management in a variety of organisations, and recognise your own approach to ethics and corporate social responsibility.
