- Content (learn about life in Oslo): Meet and greet, shopping, food, leisure time, friends, family, travel, job, job interview
- Grammar: verbs, nouns, adjectives, possessives, quantifiers and sentence structure
- Phonetics: vowels, r-combinations, diphthongs, Norwegian prosody
- Contemporary and relevant vocabulary
