You’ll practise basic prompt-writing skills and learn to use AI confidently to explore career pathways and plan your next steps, developing practical skills to use these tools effectively and ethically.

Explore how AI and automation are changing job roles, skills expectations, and career pathways across sectors. You’ll examine real examples of how graduates and employers use AI in everyday work, from research and writing to analysis and idea generation.
You’ll reflect on your own interests and consider where AI might support, rather than replace, your future contributions.
Learn generative AI tools and prompt-writing basics
Gain hands-on experience with generative AI tools that can support study, applications, and early career tasks. You’ll practise writing clear, structured prompts and see how small changes in wording affect outputs.
