The aim of this short course is to help you conduct a situation analysis for the company that you choose from the brief.

During this course, you will research all internal aspects of the company, including its background, financial position, adopted strategies, and current assets.

The purpose of this module is to explore the global business market and develop an understanding of how organisations can expand their business in the global market.

The overall program is comprised of five short courses, and this course is the first step that helps you explore the concept of globalisation and the risks that lie ahead for organisations that wish to expand globally. You will choose a company from the list given in your course work brief and assess their corporate and business-level strategies to identify their key business portfolio by using business analysis tools.
