What is the relationship between organisational culture and leadership?

There are a range of factors that influence effective leadership and management in international organisations. In order to address the question of how managers lead, and how both leaders and managers handle conflict, this course explores managerial theories, examines the influence of organisational history, national culture versus organisational culture, conflict management, human resource management and leadership.
