Understanding Some of the Challenges in Evidence Base for Nursing Practice
Learn how to manage change at a personal, departmental and organisational level
EBNP is a significant factor in successfully changing healthcare delivery and management. However, organisations can fall short in their ability to facilitate EBNP transference to clinical practice. The final two weeks of this program enables the nurse practitioner to identify an area of interest for an evidence-based approach, which can be used to implement changes into nursing practice, healthcare delivery, or management.
What topics will you cover?
- Understanding the barriers and challenges to implementing EBNP, including individual/personal-professional challenges, and departmental, organisational and environmental barriers.
