Global Supply Chain and Logistics Management: An Introduction
Explore logistics, supply chain management, and how to measure their performance
This introductory short course provides you with the opportunity to learn the history and key concepts of modern logistics, and how it relates to supply chain management.
Green logistics and building a sustainable supply chain are introduced, as are the seven ‘Rs’ of logistics and the elements of Grant’s logistics model. You will have the chance to explore the main performance factors, as well as what performance metrics do and why they are important, including measures, metrics and KPIs, and how they are used in supply chain management.
