This course will give you the chance to develop a critical understanding of the lean and agile approaches to supply chain management. You will have the opportunity to gain an insight into the different concepts and how they apply in organisations.

The course investigates modern trends and the risks posed to supply chains within a dynamic, changing, global marketplace. You will also have the chance to explore key concepts and approaches to minimising risk, and how to build resilient supply chains.
