Lesson 2: Key Definitions
Understand essential BA terms and the Business Analysis Core Concept Model (BACCM). Learn foundational techniques like concept modeling and start positioning yourself in the BA landscape.
Week 2
Strategy, Planning, and Collaboration
Lesson 3: Strategy analysis
Analyze business strategies by assessing current and future states, managing risks, and defining change strategies using practical tools like SWOT and Business Cases.
Lesson 4: Elicitation and collaboration
Learn how to prepare for and conduct elicitation sessions using interviews, focus groups, and collaborative games. Improve your engagement with stakeholders and communities.
Week 3
Requirements and Solution Design
Lesson 5: Requirements Analysis and Design Definition
Dive into methods for specifying, modeling, and validating requirements using user stories, use cases, and process models, supported by real-world case studies.
Lesson 6: Requirements lifecycle management

Lesson 10: Business Analyst Perspectives
Explore various business analysis perspectives including Agile, IT, Business Architecture, and Business Intelligence, and understand how to adapt techniques to each domain.
