In this short course, you will have the chance to explore the viewpoints of leaders and how they manage and create cultural change in organisations through different leadership styles.

You will also have the opportunity to describe the culture of an organisation and compare this between different countries, based on the Global Leadership and Organisational Behaviour Effectiveness (GLOBE) study and Hofstede’s dimensions of culture.

  • The Global Leadership and Organisational Behaviour Effectiveness (GLOBE) study
  • Case studies on how culture influences leaders’ responsibilities and methods

Dr Alim Abubakre is on the advisory board of London Business School’s Africa Club. He did his doctoral studies on CSR and strategy at Southampton University.
