对膝关节骨性关节炎患者实施最佳的康复护理实践

PEAK项目是由墨尔本大学的优秀物理治疗师和其健康科研中心的学者根据高质量研究证据设计的。在本培训中,我们指导物理治疗师如何通过一对一的会诊咨询,比如使用视频会议平台或面对面的诊疗,来为膝关节骨性关节炎患者提供最佳的康复实践。

PEAK项目的重点是让治疗师通过患者教育、制定力量训练和身体活动计划,来针对患者的需求进行个性化的运动干预方案设计。同时使用最少的锻炼设备(如弹性阻力带和/或自体重),让患者能够在家中独立地进行锻炼。

培训内容中涉及的许多原则和概念同样适用于其他常见的肌肉骨骼疾病,也可在其他远程医疗平台上应用。重要的是,本培训提供了一系列有用的资源材料(包括线上咨询使用手册、锻炼指导手册、骨关节炎知识信息手册、膝关节锻炼日志和计划等),以便治疗师打印/下载或在临床中与患者一起使用。

本培训课程除了中文-Chinese version版本之外,还有英语-English version西班牙语-Spanish version葡萄牙语-Portuguese version 的语言版本

Professor of Physiotherapy and Director of the Centre for Health, Exercise and Sports Medicine at the University of Melbourne with expertise in the management of chronic musculoskeletal conditions

Rana is a physiotherapist, researcher and Professor at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Her research focuses on chronic musculoskeletal pain, along with telehealth & digitally-supported care.

现为厦门大学附属第一医院康复医学科主任、主任医师、教授。为首批国家健康科普专家,在骨关节炎的基础、临床和科普宣传等方面做了大量卓有成效的工作,特别是在运动与骨关节炎领域具有较好的理论和实践经验。

北京体育大学运动医学与康复学院的在读博士,硕士毕业于加拿大麦吉尔大学(McGill University)医学院下的的物理治疗与作业治疗系。她的博士研究方向包括对骨关节炎的循证物理治疗和实施科学,涉及运动康复、互联网康复、循证实践、知识转化、患者教育等。
